Niniek was a substitute in 2003 with the Rochester Montessori School before attending training to become a Montessori assistant. Before joining RMS, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University in Jakarta Indonesia. She has also graduated from the Rochester Community and Technical College with her Associate Degree and certification in Child Development.
