Kai Rodgers, M.Ed. came to RMS from Red Cottage Montessori in Red Wing, MN where she served as the school’s Head of School for 12 years and as a Children’s House guide. Kai earned her B.A. in sociology and has an Elementary Education degree. She attended The Montessori Training Center of M.N., where she received her AMI Primary diploma in 2009. In 2013 she earned her Master of Montessori Education at Loyola University, Maryland. Kai serves a unique role within our team, joining Kelly Shinn in Aspen as a Co-Guide in the mornings and spending time in the afternoon in Administration, using her talents in Grant Writing, Professional Development, Assistant Training, and Montessori Assessment.
